Prospective parents are welcome to visit the school at any time by appointment with the Principal or Vice-Principal. Park School caters for pupils with moderate learning difficulties from 11-19 years. The following are the requirements for admission to Park School:
Pupils enrolled at Park School will be of secondary school age and will have been statemented as having moderate learning difficulties. Although it is also recognised that these pupils may have other associated special needs.
First preference is given to those pupils who reside in the Belfast Education and Library board area.
Prior to enrolment, parents or guardians will arrange an appointment to visit the school to meet the Principal. The prospective pupil will also be present at this interview. The provision being offered will be discussed. The parents or guardians and the pupil will be given the opportunity to view the facilities within the school and meet the teaching staff.
The statementing process must have commenced before the enrolment of any pupil.
