Environment & Society

Environment and society is part of the humanities group of subjects and includes both History and Geography at Key Stage 3. This is taught in base classes through thematic units. These thematic units are adapted to meet the interests of the particular classes each year, and to draw upon the expertise of the base teacher. Typical themes are outlined below:
