Today, the summer scheme had a fantastic day at Belfast Zoo. The students enjoyed seeing all the animals, with the lions being a firm favourite!

It was great to have some buzz around school for the second week of the Summer Scheme. A trip to the cinema to see Toy Story 5 and then fun making buns when they came back. Looking forward to seeing them all again tomorrow!

Final day of the first week of the summer scheme. The students had a fabulous day at Crawfordsburn Activity Centre stepping out of their comfort zone by climbing and flying through the air , learning some bush craft and doing the assault course! Of course, a trip to McDonald’s was enjoyed by everyone too!! We hope they all had great fun and enjoyed their week.

Day 4 the summer scheme went to Newtownards to the airfield. They had a very interesting and fun time.

Day 3 of our summer scheme was full of surprises! We even had a visit from the owls today.

Tabletop games, sports, crafts, baking, a game of golf and pizza for lunch was on the agenda for Day 2 of our summer scheme. Everyone had a fantastic day trying new activities and having fun. Thanks to Spar on the Ravenhill Road who has very generously donated fruit and water for the summer scheme. We really appreciate their kindness.

One of the hardest days in the school year is when we say goodbye to our Post 16 Leavers. This year's Leavers have been an amazing bunch of students, and Park School will not be the same without them. We had a lovely Leavers Service where they all received their Record of Achievement folders. We wish each one of the twelve leavers all the very best for their future studies or work.

Well done to all those in Key Stage 4 and Post 16 who won prizes. There were subject prizes, cycling proficiency and Accelerated Reading target prizes.

It is almost the end of term and to celebrate the hard work of all our students we had our Prize Days. There were so many excellent students, the staff found it very difficult to choose in each subject. Well done to everyone who won a prize in our Key Stage 3!
