Reading Week

It was Reading Week in school and the students took part in a lot of different activities. The classes had to design a life sized character, and design their own book covers by picking a genre, title, images and blurb. Our prefects took part in Buddy reading with the Key Stage 3 pupils throughout the week and of course we celebrated World Book Day on Thursday, where some of our students dressed up as a character from a book. It has been great to see our students getting so involved and showing a passion for reading and for books.
